Mental and physical wellness has been a passion and a driving force in both my personal and professional life. Facing adversity, being resilient and accepting the challenge has always pushed me to succeed.
Understanding human behavior, and learning how the mind works, has driven me to my current profession. I have been a mental health therapist for the past 10 years. During that time the biggest lesson I learned is that mental and physical health go hand in hand and there is no “one size fits all” approach.
I assist people in developing a better understanding of themselves and making them more aware of their own thoughts and feelings—and how these things impact their behavior. I enjoy supporting and assisting them on their journey of working through life’s hurdles. By showing people they are in control of their own lives and choices, it gives them the power to steer themselves to success.
I love teaching and showing others how to improve their lives by sharing my passion, experiences, and knowledge of pursuing overall health and fitness. If we achieve both mental and physical wellness there is nothing we cannot overcome!
I am fortunate enough to have been with Eve through her journey since 2009. She has been a coach and a mentor. Eve has opened my eyes to things that will never come from a book.
It has been a revelation to be a part of the LOTUS family and I want to share my experiences and what I have learned with every person I meet.
I was introduced to CrossFit® in 2009. LOTUS Independent Design has added an extra component of what fit and health truly are. I enjoy teaching people about resiliency and how powerful their body and mind are when they work together. I love helping others improve their lives by sharing my passion, experiences, and knowledge in pursuing overall health and fitness. If we achieve both mental and physical wellness there is nothing we cannot overcome!
